Westlake Music Boosters

The Westlake Schools Music Boosters is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization that supports all of our district music programs from grades PreK - 12 at Westlake Elementary School, Dover Intermediate School, Lee Burneson Middle School, and Westlake High School. This support is made possible by our membership, community donations, fundraising efforts, and parent volunteers. To continue our mission, we are asking for your continued patronage as a paid and active member of the organization!

Your contributions have helped us carry out several fundraising initiatives over the past several years, including:

• Sponsoring WHS Bands, Orchestras, & Choirs at OMEA Adjudicated Events
• Sponsoring third quarter snack for the bands at home football games
• Providing achievement reward incentives for DIS & LBMS music students
• Awarding yearly scholarships for students to attend summer music camps
• Funding for guest specialists to teach instrumental switch-over lessons & sectionals
• Funding instrumental repairs at DIS, LBMS, & WHS
• Purchasing of new instruments for district music programs 
• Donation of $10,000 toward the installment of the turf field at WHS
